Vitanews – Roma, 3 GEN – “La decisione della Corte d’Appello di Milano ripropone l’urgenza di estendere il reato di maternità surrogata anche nel caso in cui esso sia stato commesso all’estero, per non continuare ad alimentare ipocritamente uno squallido mercato”. Lo dichiara in una nota il presidente del Movimento per la Vita Italiano, On. Gian Luigi Gigli, a proposito del provvedimento della Corte d’Appello di Milano che ha ordinato all’Ufficiale di Stato civile milanese di trascrivere integralmente nel registro degli atti di nascita i certificati di due gemellini nati negli Stati Uniti grazie alla maternità surrogata.
“La proposta di legge da me presentata assieme ad altri parlamentari di Democrazia Solidale – sottolinea Gigli – chiede di essere calendarizzata. Ci auguriamo che il Pd non voglia su questo tema nascondere la testa sotto terra come gli struzzi, giocando tre parti in commedia”.
